We’ve called Irish Hills Hamlet home for 4 wonderful years, and we couldn’t be happier! Sherri, the manager, is such a gem always so kind, quick to help, and on top of any issues. The maintenance team is super friendly, and the communal areas are always clean and inviting. As a family of four with two little ones, the location is perfect! We love being able to walk to two parks and nearby shopping. It’s such a cozy and convenient place to live!
When my girlfriend and I went to visit the place before signing a lease, the place was quiet, pools and hot tub were clean and everyone seemed super nice. As soon as we moved in everything changed. It was loud with work being done and kids from 6 am until 10 pm. Bikes and skateboards laying all over the place. The place smelt like weed all the time. This is a beautiful and quiet place to live. No loud parties or screaming neighbors. The tenants are respectful and kind. The office and maintenance staff are nice and helpful. Shopping and restaurants and Costco are nearby with Laguna Lake within walking distance. Golfing is next door and the Irish Hills trails are just down the road. Fwy 101 is just 1 mile away. A community garden is here as well.
I lived in Irish Hills for around 6 years. It started out excellent and the manager at the time (Debbie Irish) was great. However, once the complex was sold and new management brought it, it quickly went downhill. I finally moved a few years ago after: a roof leak in my bathroom that they didn’t fix for 2 years, termites, stopped using my balcony because of wood rotting away the railing and instead of fixing it they slapped super thick paint over it to try to cover up the problem (the paint just sank into the rotted holes), ... read more
