Irish Air provided outstanding service from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with our AC and went above and beyond by explaining exactly what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. Had them for several years for maintenance, then called them out to get a replacement quote which came in thousands over competitors. Gave the sales person 5 model numbers (3 hvac, media filter and whole home humidifier). He did some measuring and said he would email me a quote, which I had to chase. When quote finally came thru is was missing 2 of 3 hvac, and filter/humidifier. Followed up a week later and was told he would get me those quotes in a few hours. Three weeks later and nothing. I have nothing but great things to say. I've had 2 systems replaced by them and when the time comes I'll have them do it again. They're responsive, fast, clean, and hassle free. Jim and Co. are always looking out to make sure I'm getting the best price I can and are honest about different options. It's generally not a fun time when something is going wrong with your HVAC system, but it is really great knowing that when it does I don't have to call and shop around, they'll have my back.
