Amazing staff very friendly so considerate had a very plesent and friendly experience defently will recommend this place to anyone for eye exams or what ever eye care is needed. I will be a forever client to them 100 + top notch experience.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Herman Nijar. His care was excellent. What disappointed me was the reception staff. I went a week in advance to schedule the appointment and find out if my insurance covered the tests. At the time, they told me it did, but after the appointment, when I wanted to cancel, I had to pay the full bill because, apparently, the insurance didn't cover it. They told me I had to file a claim with the insurance company. I find it very unfair that they gave me incorrect information and then charged me... read more
Our first visit started with excellent customer service. However, after a billing issue related to our insurance, everything changed. We had confirmed the consultation fee before booking, but on the day of the appointment, the price was almost four times higher. When we asked for it to be reviewed, the staff's attitude changed completely. Customer service should remain consistent regardless of the situation. I had a great experience at this clinic. Doctor Herman Nijjar was incredibly patient, thorough, and caring throughout my examination. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would also like to thank Makayla for her helpful advice. She explained my options clearly and recommended the best choice based on both quality and price, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic!
Very disappointed service from this IRIS store. I went to that store because I needed some frame adjustments to my Silhouette frame and new lenses which I received a few days earlier at the IRIS store on Bernard street in Montreal a few days earlier. The lady staff that serviced me said that had n very little experience with that frame. She came back after assessing it that it had a crack on one of the frame arm and that she could not service it as their store were not offering Silhouette brand.
