Iris threw out an important piece of my file. I had my file transferred to a different Optometrists and it was missing important information as someone at Iris obviously threw it out. I called them and they said the information i required wasn't there. It's very unprofessional to lose patient and customer information.
I had a problem with my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses and the optometrist was patient and helpful in coordinating an affordable solution for me. Will certainly return for all of my eyewear needs. Definitely recommend.
Received excellent care from IRIS I. Langford and was able to pick up my new glasses at the downtown branch. I am very happy with the finished product and look forward to picking up my new reading glasses this Wednesday at the downtown branch.
