Unfortunate update: I've always gone to this salon for my nails and consistently requested the same nail tech, who does amazing work. I called in advance to book an appointment with my usual tech, and the owner, Kelly, scheduled it for me. Later, I called back to check if my tech had any earlier availability, and the owner confirmed. But when I arrived, I found out my usual tech wasn’t even working that day.
