Went in to have a wart removed from my foot and had canthrone applied then was prescribed imiquine to apply as a follow up for the next week. They never sent my prescription for 4 days even after I called repeatedly asking them to just send it to my pharmacy so now I would have to visit again and restart the removal all because they couldn't click a button on AthenaHealth to forward my prescription. I sent messages and called in but kept getting a summary of what I had been prescribed but not the actual prescription. A waste... read more
Dr. Vasserman is a caring, competent physician. She is also multilingual. I recommend her heartily.
Dr. Vasserman helped me with a toenail issue that I have had for years and was transparent and reassuring through the process. She explained the procedure and answered all of my questions, and the care before, during, and the follow-up after have all been great.
