My wife, daughter and I had dinner at Iridescence on Saturday night, something that has become a tradition when our daughter comes home from Washington D.C. to visit. In a word, it was one of the most enjoyable evenings of the year. The food was absolutely delicious, from the table side caesar salad to the entrees to the unbelievable desserts. Our server, Bao Ly treated us like family, like she always does. She is a true professional and that made the evening even more special.
We were sat at our table with expediency. The busman immediately removed the additional place setting and all of the chargers before we ordered. Our server was knowledgeable. However, she seemed a bit nonchalant. The amuse bouche was delightful. But there was a huge gap between it and our entrée. The entrees arrived and my lamb was medium well instead of medium.
