Since this got deleted off y’alls other page, i figured I’d share it here so y’all don’t take someone else’s money. I understand rules are rules and it was a gamble applying but like i said in the other review, we haven’t got denied for anything else and then all of a sudden, we apply for this apartment and get denied.
My girlfriend and I just recently move in this week. The apartment is great my favorite features are the balcony and the vaulted ceilings really opens the living space more (3rd floor). Besides the ongoing construction, I love all the apartment has to offer, it is quiet, and everyone seems to be polite. ��
Move 3-mos ago from a house (out-of-state) to an apartment is a big adjustment. I'm in a 2BR/2BthR and love the layout of this apartment, the location, the office & maintenance staff, who are so accommodating & friendly. However, being on the 2ND floor, the loud activity-footsteps echo/active kid(s) in the above dwelling takes some adjustments/communication. Nevertheless, this is a great place that I currently call home. Recommend these apartments to others.
