Nice people and accomodations.
Great location and great new apartments. Quiet for the most part. We moved in with a new born and everything was great until we got new neighbors above us. They just didn’t care that there was a baby and kept jumping and what not. Other then that office staff was very friendly. They were very responsive to any issues. Safe neighborhood. Easy access to the pool and gym. We definitely felt comfortable there. Price reasonable. We loved having washer and dryer in the apartment.
NOISE!!! I’m very realistic with my expectations. Three years in, up until now, no complaints. New neighbors, different atmosphere. Forget about filing a grievance, nothing can or has been done. It sounds like a herd of elephants stampeding EVERY SINGLE DAY, truly unbelievable.
Love this place, smell like a new home when I walk in! Nice updated kitchen. The women in the leasing office are so sweet as are the grounds keepers! I was doing a move by myself and Mike and Mark paused what they were doing to carry my mattress upstairs for me! Beautiful apartments and I hear they’re getting a dog park soon which is great. They take dogs up to 75lbs w/in breed restrictions of course!
