Initially, I was very happy to start working with Dr. Spektor's team for my comestic services. However, after my initial consultation, Dr. Spektor's team disappointed me. They lack communication and organization. I had my consultation in Nov. of 2024, I was ready to book my appointment for my treatment the next day. I was told by the staff that there weren't any available openings until Mar. of 2025 and I was told to reply back to LPN within the Kaiser app to schedule my appointment.
