Since the move to their new facility devices have been degraded and civilian staff seems very incompetent. Just because they worked as a janitor doesn’t mean they’re good at customer service. Additionally making or cancelling an appointment is next to impossible and has personally caused me to be a “no show”. An hour on hold to cancel an appointment and never talk to a living sole is ridiculous.

Cons: Can never get an appointment online or by calling. When you do call you wait on hold for 30 + minutes took me requesting to speak to a supervisor to get an appointment and today my son and I waited 1 hour and 17 minutes PAST his appointment time when I went to find out why 3 times they could never tell him. I was told by the nurse in back I was marked as no show not checked in when we were early. I have been denied 3 times asking to be able to take my special needs son off post to see a pediatrician since the one on-po... read more

Since I have moved back to the Fort Knox area (about a year and a half) I have had to see 5 different doctors, I have had doctors switch to the VA while I was traveling and have had to scramble to find a new PCM ACROSS THE COUNTRY via West because I couldn't get a refill from a PCM who hasn't met me. That cost me about $150 out of pocket. Now I am back home and allowed back on TriCare East, but I haven't been able to reach ANY doctor, let alone my own team, and it is time to refill my medication again. I should not have to d... read more

Tried 4 different numbers to get an appointment for my shoulder. They either don’t work, or they don’t answer the phones. Currently on the phone with TriCare to get me an appointment there and what do you know...every number they try isn’t working either. PLEASE fix your phones. As a mom of 3 I can’t drive up there JUST to make an appt because your phones and system do not work. If I could be seen off base I’d do it.
