I brought my car in for a 10,000 Mile check up and inspection sticker. Making the appointment was easy. Drop off was easy and staff was pleasant and efficient.

I had a 9:15am appointment today for the regular maintenance package check. They recommended getting my break fluids changed, which I agreed to. I was told I would get a call around 11 or 12 with an update on my vehicle and that my car should be ready around 1. I have not received any calls at all regarding my car but I am livid because I have an other appointment today and need my car. How the hell does it take over 3 HOURS for all this?!
