When I arrived Mike Walsh greeted me right away. It was busy so I was surprised! I gave him my last name and he took time to review my appointment details. He asks me to clarify a few details and arranged for a ride along with the tech. That was VERY nice since I usually have to ask for that extra service request. I explained the issues I was having with the tech and he explained that some of it was just “normal”. I wish Toyota would address some of these issues but it has nothing to do with IRA.
