Drove in service dept met Emily she listened to the problems I had with my Rave4 showed me how to fix them Emily was very knowledgeable then Emily went through the expected maintenance I should receive everything went well finished before the expected time I’m a happy customer ��

I recently bought a certified used 2014 Toyota Rav from Larry at IRA and the service was exceptional. Larry was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. Special mention to Gary (Sales Manager) who helped make a stressful time so much more manageable by explaining the things I didn’t quite understand. Both Larry and Gary made it easy for me to buy this car. Especially because it was the first time flying solo in the process. Highly recommended.
While the personnel are very friendly, the information about the wait is very misleading. With an appointment for tires and alignment that I was told would be about 2 hours, I arrived at 2:30 and my car was still not ready by 6:30. My previous visit for an oil change took 3 hours after being told it would be about an hour. The service is very good but a better assessment of the wait time would allow the customer to make arrangements accordingly.
