the staff was very friendly the young lady and check-out could be a little bit more friendly and I was looking for the soda machine cuz I'm a diabetic and I needed sugar and I couldn't find anything other than that the service and the customer service rep was perfect
Service is very good and efficient. I had a problem at the end as the passenger seat was in the fully reclined position, the drivers side mirror was pushed in all the Way, and the dash display that I want I prefer was reset back to factory setting? I had to bring the car back to have the service department reset the display.
I had a great experience here! This was the first time I ever bought my own car, and I was pretty nervous about the whole process. But from start to finish, I felt taken care of. My car had unexpectedly died last week and they waved the storage fee so I could keep it there over the holiday weekend, free of charge and free of stress. My salesman, Alex, and my financial officer, Virgilio, were so helpful, comprehensive, and transparent. They answered all my questions and respected my budget and my needs. Knowledgeable staff, comfortable waiting area with great seating and big screen TVs. Free coffee which is great with a 6:00 AM appointment. Yes they do start the day at 6:00 AM.
