I did not have a dentist in the area and needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Warner and his staff were wonderful! He returned my after hours phone call despite not being an existing patient. He was highly recommended to me and he did not disappoint. His office staff even processed my out of state insurance.
I have never had a toothache in my life until recently. I had had work done on a tooth several months ago and ever since then, the ache got increasingly worse. I went to Dr. Warner at East Cooper Dental and it was an easy fix. I was expecting much worse and he was able to determine immediately the problem and fixed it. I will definately be coming back to East Cooper Dental.
CarolLee was my hygienist at my most recent appointment. I was very satisfied with her cleaning procedure as well as her suggestions for daily oral health care. She was very friendly and I felt very much at ease under her care. Dr. Warner is always a sweet heart and I am so happy to have him as my dentist, even if he delivers bad news about my teeth! I usually see Healther but she was out so Lane was my hygienist. She was great during my visit. My teeth are sparkling clean and she and I discussed toothpaste and she told me it was great my gums didn't bleed one single time during the cleaning. That's always great.
Always on time and polite. They make going to the dentist a pleasure.
