I needed to have a broken crown replaced. Dr. Kotz was most concerned with my comfort. She did everything she could to make sure that I had no pain during the procedure. The office environment is friendly, clean, and inviting.

First visit was very comfortable and I was impressed with the friendliness and competence of the staff. Doctor was very nice and didn't try to sell me on a lot of unnecessary work.
I had a crown fall out. Decided to call East Cooper Dental after the fantastic work they did on my father in-law's teeth. They scheduled me in the same day! I wasn't an existing patient. They explained each step of the repair. They give you a very confident feeling about what is being done. Also options (in this case) that can be done.
Had the best dental hygienist, she took the time to explain how to properly brush and floss and was very gentle with her care.
