He has no care for his patient. He came in with a grumpy attitude while he was in a hurry to leave. When I explained my symptoms and situation to him he's making me sound stupid by saying "You've done some tests and they couldn't figure it out. Why are you here? What is it you need from me?" As if I should figure that out. He didn't even respect the copay I had paid and he literally wanted to do nothing and wrap up the visit as quick as possible even had a hard time talking to me. Dr Iqbal Ismail Kasam is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, smart, very caring and provides exceptional care!
He is uncaring and did not provide the advice as he put on his notes. He failed to advise a follow up. Will avoid at Kaiser next time.
Completely incompetent. Ordered the wrong medication and the wrong dose, then later would not answer Pharmacy's calls, forcing us to use Emergency Room. Kaiser's Doctors have been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
