Dr Iqbal Ismail Kasam is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, smart, very caring and provides exceptional care!
He is uncaring and did not provide the advice as he put on his notes. He failed to advise a follow up. Will avoid at Kaiser next time.
Completely incompetent. Ordered the wrong medication and the wrong dose, then later would not answer Pharmacy's calls, forcing us to use Emergency Room. Kaiser's Doctors have been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
I’m 84 years old and Dr Kasam has been nothing but professional. Don’t know what people are complaining about, maybe they are the problem. Don’t know, just a thought.
