I had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Shi. I highly recommend this location as he is fully honest and transparent with regards to what you need and don’t need for your teeth. Exceptional dentist!
Dr. Shi is more than fair and never pressures me to do anything unnecessary. I highly respect his clinical judgement. His office is humble and sometimes you get to hear the dance studio next door. Personally, I prefer it because the environment makes me feel more at ease. It can be difficult to find a dentist you trust but Dr. Shi has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend his practice to anyone.
Comfortable visit. Dr. Shi is friendly, knowledgeable, and works with steady hands. I get the sense that he puts his patients first, and the words “integrity and quality” are not merely just text on the logo, but values that are actually practiced and honored here. There is no upselling, tacky pretentious marketing, pressure to leave a review, etc. It is a humble practice ran by a competent dentist who cares. I had a good experience and would recommend Dr. Shi and his staff.
Dentist Andrew Shi made a professional mistake and he agreed to refund $1,900. Then he changed his mind and I had to take him to Small Claims Court to get back my money.
