Front desk is rude
The best dentist ever! There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front door. But the front door is not automatic. However, the front desk lady can see you and open the door for you.
I had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Shi. I highly recommend this location as he is fully honest and transparent with regards to what you need and don’t need for your teeth. Exceptional dentist!
Dr. Shi is more than fair and never pressures me to do anything unnecessary. I highly respect his clinical judgement. His office is humble and sometimes you get to hear the dance studio next door. Personally, I prefer it because the environment makes me feel more at ease. It can be difficult to find a dentist you trust but Dr. Shi has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend his practice to anyone.
