My family was referred to Dr. He by one of our friends who had gotten braces for their child from Ipro Dental. I took my son to Ipro Dental to get his braces, and we were so glad to have been referred to Dr. He. Dr. He has done a phenomenal job on fixing the crowded teeth of my son, she was very patient, accommodating and adjusting throughout our journey. Dr. Hong He and her team are real profetinals. All the staff is very helpful and always kind. iPRO Dental treated me like a family member every time I visited the clinic. Excellent service! The clinic is very clean, with advanced equipment and computer systems. The parking is easy. Highly recommend this place!
My son and daughter have Medi-Cal, but Dr. Hong He no longer takes Medi-Cal patients when my kids called for a regular cleaning after they saw her one year ago; therefore, they decided to go to UCSF dental center. Surprisingly, UCSF dental center found a pretty bad cavity after my son's x-ray. According to UCSF, Dr. Hong He should see that cavity and treat it last year, but she told my 23-year-old son that he had no cavity. My family has used iPRO Dental for over 10 years. For each member of my household and for every visit, the dentist (Dr. Hong He) always got the work done herself. You can expect qualify and consistency from her. This is in great contrast with other places. Highly recommended.
