I called to arrange a CT scan. I had a script from my doctor for this. The person on the phone was very hostile and ignorant and told me I had a CT scan before which I never had this kind of Ct scan before. Then she told me I had to drink liquid before this scan. I asked her what kind of liquid. She never answered me. My doctor never said that I had to drink some kind of liquid before this exam. I scheduled a test by phon, they didn’t send me any thing to confirm the date, I called heard a recorded message saying offic is closed asking to call during business hours while I was in the business hours according to there recoded message
