Horrible service. First they cancelled my appointment because the receptionist could not access my prescription, even though on the phone during scheduling they saw it in the system, and second time machines were down.
This past week, I came in for a study, and I was automatically greeted with hostility from the front desk. There is a Russian lady who sits all the way on the left side, who gave attitude the whole time and was extremely rude. If you come to this place, do not go to the lady on the left with brown hair!!!
My daughter had an appointment for 5:30, checked in ten minutes early. Sat in the waiting room for over half an hour. When I asked why she hasn’t been called yet, I was told they had another patient that made them run behind. They were running behind before we even got here and didn’t say a word, even at check-in they didn’t mention it. Then to appease me they called my daughter back for the MRI, just to have her sit in the back waiting area and give the appearance she was getting her study done.
