I’ve visited this medical center several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the technologists, has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this medical center!

I had a great experience at IPMC. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. A special thank you to Tatyana! She was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

I have been coming to IPMC at this location for many years and have had a wonderful experience. The girls at the front desk have always been very nice and helpful and the technicians are great. I recently called to ask a question regarding an MRI and the young lady put me on hold to ask the person doing the MRI and came back immediately with the answer. Always a good experience here with everyone.

The young woman at the front desk who checked me in for my ultrasound was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the whole experience was made even better by the warm and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care I received. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to others!
