My mother and grandmother has been with this company for 3 years. Including 3 different property managements and so many problems. They didn't want to work on plumbing complaining about bugs that were not there. They add extra fees that are not on the lease, but things that they request to happen are added to bills. They constantly want pictures of your home and belongings, and never have a straight forward answer for what the things are needed for. Its been almost a month and not one item on a big list has been fixed itst been over a month that long list just got longer they know mold is in the house and no repairs not even one has been made they send people to look but not repair guess board of health next step if simething not done my rent is paid on time
As a tenant there is really not much more frustrating than having things go wrong and the “landlord” not be efficient In Taking care of repairs or needs of the home and property. Just signed my third lease with evergrow property management and I have to say they are the most efficient property management company I have ever rented from.
