Always friendly and competent.
It is always a pleasant experience.. Most people do not wake up and say Yippee, I am going to the dentist today BUT, it is always a good experience at Dr Yamada's office.
Always extremely pleasant and personable staff. Dr Yamada did a great job with my tooth extraction..wounldn't love to do it again in general but if I had to I would definitely have Dr. Yamada do it!

My experience was positive. I myself have a real fear of the dentist and everyone I encountered at the office was positive, reassuring, gentle, thoughtful and kind.
My hygienist was very good. I would recommend her to any patient.
