I have been coming for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience. I recommend Dr. Yamada and his staff.
I was impressed with the professional and beautiful aesthetics of Dr Yamada's office. His office staff are friendly and approachable. I was even more impressed to find out that many staff members, including Dr Yamada speak Japanese and other languages (Chinese, and Spanish, as well as English). Their equipment is top-notch, great experience.
First time in the office was very nice. Everybody from the time you come in the door until you leave are very friendly and seem genuinely sincere.

Tammy was not there at the last minute. Her replacement (? Name) was okay although she was a little quiet. Overall satisfactory.
I was SO Happy, Happy, To walk in with a bad tooth and walk out with a brand new one, with NO pain as of yet, and still be able to eat. I had four Crowns put in place on Friday, getting closer and closer to being finished. I tell friends about Yamada all the time, and brag on his gentle way's, and they say it cost to much, but your health is the important factor no matter how old you are!
I love Dr. Yamada, his office staff and Evelyn, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth this past visit. She was thorough, professional and very helpful with suggestions on how I could do a better job between cleanings. I wouldn't leave without making my follow up appt 6 months from now.
