My tint was put on by a meth head that kept gouging the tint with the corner of his tool because he was moving so fast. The warranty allowed me to get more tint and gouges two additional times. Totaling 3 days without my car for tint with holes and hair in it. I left a review detailing my experience and then discovered that the owner had made a post on Facebook asking for info on me. I contacted the owner and he offered to make it right buy tinting another Subaru for the exact same price that I paid for the horrific tint job... read more
I took my Mini in to get tinted, this was the first time I'd used Iowa Window Tint, it was early evening when I picked up my car so I didn't notice the gaps in the back tint. I called the next day, he said bring it back we will make it right. Made another appointment for the following weekend because I was coming from out of town. He got it in done and looks great!! Thanks for being so easy to work with!!
