Great experience! I’ve been meaning to try a float tank since I first heard about it on The Joe Rogan Experience. Patrick really makes you feel at ease and is super knowledgeable. The facility is spotless and everything is thought out very well. I only did 60 minutes but it really relaxed me the rest of the day and made me more productive. Thank you!!

Outstanding day spa - similar to high-end spas I have visited in Colorado ski communities - where I only go because my daughter works at one and gets discounts. (I often suspect I am the only customer who is not a millionaire, but then leave feeling like one!) Main difference at Iowa Recovery Room is the rates are reasonable. A very clean and well run spa that offers everything you need in one place.
Great atmosphere, very easy to use. Floated for the first time, great for chronic pain issues and wonderfully relaxing.
