I’m getting to wonder can you call for help anymore. The last couple days I have had an old surgical incision break open on me and I don’t drive and doctors demand I come in right away, after having a bowel perforation and cardiac history. Last couple of days I’m scared to call for help, now there talking surgery I might have infected hernia mesh or scar tissue weakening so if they do surgery and I Have promblems can’t call for help. They arrived within minutes of my call, took my vitals immediately, asked which hospital I wanted to go to, and proceeded to deliver me to the UI ER. They alerted the cardiac team there and I was given an EKG immediately. They were so kind and pleasant. I will never forget how good they were to me.
A big thank you to Kristina for teaching Cale and Aden from Boy Scout Troop 212 in Iowa City how to operate and understand an AED and to Dave for taking time out of his busy day to show them the new building! They learned alot!
