I was there on Monday March 2, What terrible service. One guy pulling fish two people up front with their thumb up their asses I ask the guy pulling fish why said he was only one working till 3 that can pull fish. Really I mean pets mart has little high school girls pulling fish. And then he has to go up front and check you out at the register, must be only one that can sell fish.(till 3 o'clock) I had to repeatedly go up front and ask the price on items that are not clearly marked. We love the selection at Iowa Pet. We have two saltwater tanks and often it isn't easy to find what you need in a store. But unfortunately their service does not match their selection. The last few times we've been in there have been several workers present. And, not one would acknowledge us or ask if we needed anything. They've lost out on sales from us simply because they wouldn't talk to us. We'd love to buy a fish if you'd stop talking among yourselves long enough to talk to us.
