Very knowledgeable about pet food! They were helpful when deciding on food for my puppy and cat.
First time in shop today. Recommended by a friend i came to Des Moines to see. Purchased a Ruby Red Peacock and a Sulferhead Peacock Cichlid. Only improvement i wouod recommend is better labeling of cichlid tank content. "Assorted Peacock" doesn't tell people exactly what species is in the tank if they aren't familiar with Chiclid Species names. Other than that, nice shop!
We just happened to finally get fish after our 7 year old has asked for 3 years. What a great group of people that work here! We are learning so much and even upgrading our tank soon! Thanks Kale and Josh!
Was finalizing an adoption there yesterday for my puppy. I had never been here before but one of the staff was being so rude to me and complaining about the organization I was adopting through being unorganized. Regardless of that, I was a customer. I was browsing around for a few things I needed and was impressed at the selection of things, but she continued making comments I could hear (not really directed at me). Just stopped in with my dog and not 1 person acknowledged we were even in the store or asked if we needed help with anything.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff!
We just got a nice Sample pack for our cat from the Welcome to the area Lady & our cat Loves/devoured the dehydrated turkey, guess we will be stopping in soon for more. Thanks for the samples 👍🏼
