I have always had exceptional service here. If not greeted immediately it has always been because staff has been busy helping other customers, which I find to be a great sign! Staff has helped walk me through which food would be best for my very sensitive pups multiple times, and upon finding out I foster a very complicated rescue pup with multiple health issues the owner GAVE me several different types of can food to try in order to get her on the right path. I stopped in to browse for new items for our puppy and felt at home. Team members were amazing and helped me prepare for our little one's arrival. I not only found the specialty puppy food I had been searching for at big box stores, I also found all the accessories I needed—all at a better price than online! Plus, so much helpful advise on how to take care of potty training, food and crate training to make our puppy a happy member of our family. Thanks for all you do!
I generally shop at Bone a Patreat but stopped here looking for grooming supplies and food. When I walked around the store none of the employees greeted me or asked if I needed any help. My daughter had to use the restroom but we were told "they didn't have one. " and that we would have to go across the parking lot to McDonald's. So we left without buying anything and we will not be going back.
We have been doing business with Iowa Petfoods & Seascapes for the past 10 years and have always been impressed with their products and services. If you are into saltwater aquariums they are extremely knowledgable and have very competitive prices on fish and coral. A couple months back i upgraded to 112 gallon tank and they came to my house and completely set up the tank and did all of my rockwork. It looks amazing!
I love this store. I always love to come in and visit. They have great customer service and really know their products and information. I have always had great experiences every time I go there. Customer for life!
