Very friendly staff with affordable pricing. I absolutely love this family owned store and have been going there since I was a child, now I get to take my own kids there!!! I also love how clean it is and the fact they have animals up for adoption from the arl. Wonderful business!!!
Great store! Great staff! Highly recommend it! They have a wonderful display tank, frag tanks and just an all-around great variety of reef supplies. I'd recommend them to anybody in the hobby.
Never going here again, employee's advice killed all my fish, lost interest in hobby now down a couple grands in a few months. Btw dont sell fish with ich .
Their fish are always healthy with clean tanks and always stocked up with the products i need at a good price. I wont go anywhere else for fish.
I stopped in for the first time today. I was shopping for a new leash to help my dog from pulling. I was shown a gentle lead leash. I have heard of them but wasn't sure the claim was true. They took the leash out of the box and showed me how to put it on my dog. She even told me to bring my dog in and she would help me put it on her if needed! What wonderful customer service!!! My dog stopped pulling! It worked!! What a great place!!!!
This is HANDS DOWN the best store for all of our pet needs, specially my saltwater tanks. If you are brand new to saltwater, just walk in tell them your interests and you'll be set in no time. ☆ Most helpful & knowledgeable staff I've ever talked to. What an absolutely fantastic group of people who work here. I came in looking for something to give a dog for pain and was treated so kindly and personable by Laura. It was refreshing and encouraging to meet someone passionately working to help animals and their owners. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
