I used to love One Medical Center located off Sugarloaf however ever since Dr. Patel left it’s been one thing after another my appointment has been changed twice. They have offered virtual appointments but I have never met the young lady who is there now so I wanted an in person visit. My appointment was moved from August to September now I get another call and if I want an in person appointment it will be October. Open enrollment cannot come fast enough for me
Dr. Patel saved my life a year ago. I love her and Carol. Unfortunately Amazon has ruined this practice. Last time I saw NP that was subpar to say the least. He gave me nonsensical information about my blood work, causing me to Google everything and find a new pcp.
Always courteous and helpful
I'm new to both Georgia and Aetna Healthcare. I called today to set up my new PCP. Haven't been in to meet the doctors yet but my experience on the phone with Fabiana was nothing but excellent. She was extremely patient and very helpful. She answered all my questions without hesitation. I hope everyone at One Medical is as great to work with as she was. Thanks again Fabiana !!
