After driving 2 1/2 hours from camping with no wifi or TV, we found that the fair wouldn't open until 4:00. There should have been a sign out front or at least notify the parking attendant so we could NOT pay $10 to do nothing. What a waste of time and MONEY. We are very disappointed and won't drive that far ever again. AND the parking attendant would NOT refund our money. crappy customer service!
had a great time this year rode lots of fun rides my favorites were orbiter and zero gravity hoping to maybe come back next year also Arnold's staff are nice they helped when I couldn't get the seatbelts on there a awesome carnival company glad they do that fair now
The workers are INCREDIBLY rude. We came for the motocross race. We were told that each rider got one vehicle free. Both of our riders rode together, and myself, my mother and my baby rode together because we have 6 people total and wouldn’t all fit in one vehicle. Then still made us pay $10 to park in the pit even though we had two riders. THEN my mom had my daughter in the stroller and wanted to go to the opposite side of the grandstand... the workers yelled at her and told her she couldn’t walk through with the stroller. ... read more
All information said they were open til 11 and kids were free. Arrived after a 45 minute drive with four children only to be deeply disappointed! They each got to ride two rides and it was $60.00!! Never again!
I have went to the fair when I was just a toddler, so I've carried out that tradition w/my kids& now Grandkids, I hope they carry it out also!! I don't like just any fair, but the Ionia Fair I have always loved!!! I also love the Iowa State Fair, my daughter lives out there, so we get to Enjoy that Fair too!! ❤️❤️
The free stage was great!
