TERRIBLE COMPLEX!!!!! My friend lives here and has for about a year, I have been over to her house several times. Well last night we went to dinner, I parked in guest parking and registered my car on R2PARK...... car still was towed. Tried to get help with this situation and I was hung up on. My friend that lives in this complex has also had her vehicle towed 3 times in the almost year she has moved in. I’m so thankful she is moving when her lease is up. I would never recommend this property!!!!!!
Office Staff is Awesome! Maintenance Staff is so friendly and efficient. Luis, is especially thorough and follows up in person to make sure everything is up to standard! Amenities are abundant and wonderful, can't wait for the remaining amenities to be finished so my pup and I can enjoy those too! I have been in my home for about 3 months now and have had no major concerns, and the few minor ones have been addressed promptly and professionally! I moved in two weeks ago. My roommate and I have had a wonderful experience so far. The leasing agents are very helpful and friendly. They have made our move in process a pleasure and are always available for questions. The amenities are immaculate and the gym is the best apartment gym I have been to!
Lived here a week and so far everything is great! Can hardly wait to use the pool.
