I went to Rae's class because I knew her and liked her style-it was awesome. Also yesterday I went to Maria's prenatal yoga class and was impressed. I attended the class as a birth doula. I was welcomed and honored to learn from Maria. Keep this going people! Sincerely, Martha at Doula Woman.
I went in for a deep tissue sports massage with John and honestly it was life changing. John is kind and knowledgeable, and after was the first time I was able to get into my car pain free for as long as I can remember. I plan on returning now once a month. Absolutely loved it! I have already recommended it to my friends.
Invivo is a well run yoga studio. Would not go elsewhere unless it was free.

I went in for a prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing! The massage therapist was very nice and always made sure I was comfortable. It was so relaxing and felt great on my sore back and feet. I definitely recommend this place!
I have struggled with back pain for years resulting in a non-existent core. Started PT a few weeks ago with Patricia and the difference is incredible! I'm excited to continue therapy and resume a normal exercise routine!
