I've gone almost daily for 4 months now. I barely went to my last gym. Honestly a big reason behind this is the great environment at Invio. It is a hidden secrete of a gym on Eastside/Riverwest area.

Heather was fantastic. I am sure I was a bit of a challenge and she helped in all of the right ways. I appreciated her suggestions for self-care options that I can use in every day life. Can't wait to be back.
I love my 60-minute sports massages with Tori. After my first massage with her, I knew I had to make it a monthly thing. I don't know if I've ever experienced anything so relaxing in my life. I'm fortunate enough to not have any chronic back or neck issues like a lot of people, but if you do, Tori will tailor the massage to whatever you need it to be. Personally, I just use the massages to relieve tension and stress through my shoulders and upper back. I highly recommend getting a massage with Tori. You won't regret it.
