Great customer service. Honest, great to work with, great prices and they have great communication skills. We used them for our wedding, and everything was perfect and just what we wanted. Definitely recommend them for rentals.
Invitation Only is a great place to rent from. We rented linens and a couple other items from them for our wedding. Only had one issue, which was not having the correct color linens we agreed upon when it came time ro pick up the linens. However, Kris was more than accomidating and gave us table runners at no extra charge. Everything turned out to be absolutely beautiful! Thank you for everything guys!
We used Invitation Only (both linens and furniture) for our wedding in October and we could not have been more pleased! Lorraine and Kris were very professional, easy to work with, and prompt in returning e-mails and calls. I had to ask for last-minute rentals multiple times due to changes in our floor plan, and they quickly got back to me and adjusted our order. Delivery was a breeze and the linens looked fabulous. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Very unprofessional. Delivered damaged merchandise to be put out for the wedding (embarrassing). Charged after the fact for white tablecloths that were supposedly stained that never even came close to food. They admitted being inexperienced at removing stains and did not even pull them out of laundry bags until two days later. Harassed the bride while she was on her honeymoon and charged her before she could talk with them.
The wedding planning skills of the people of Invitation Only are phenomenal! I absolutely cannot wait for them to help me plan and organize mine!
Their attention to detail is impeccable and they really do deliver exceptional customer service! Professional and dedicated! I would recommend Invitation Only to everyone!
