Favorite pair of glasses I have ever had came from here. The up beat staff and cute decor was a nice change from most other places.
Very poor service. I have had off brand contacts pushed on me. The toric for me was very poor. The doctor gave poor customer service by making me speak to her BLINDLY while she was giving me bad news and withholding both old and new contacts. When she finally was willing to "read my eyes" much later, she gave me ill fitting contacts. People in this office are not readily available and seem to want to guide you into overspending without regard to the limitations of your insurance. Nice people, and they don't quit until they have made your vision the best it can be. Very prompt with their responsiveness too.
Dr. Jahnke and her staff are great! I always try to write a review when I interact with a business that goes above and beyond -- and they definitely do! Starting with the atmosphere - it is really comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Not to mention the location is great if you live in Mass Ave / Chatham Arch / Lockerbie / Downtown.
