Im very happy with my overall experience I have had here. My family and I have been patients for over 10 years.
One of my eyes had been bothering me, so I decided to come here. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from the person who answered my phone call to the front desk staff. Dr. Bui was warm, knowledgeable, and very thorough in addressing my concerns. He also gave me helpful guidance about insurance coverage and glasses options. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need.
They are horrible. I got a pair of eyeglasses from them, and the frame broke the next day. I went back to them, hoping that they would help. I even offered/agreed to pay for a new frame. They refused to work with me. They said I had to start from scratch. I had to pay for new lenses, new frames, and all the other features I added. They're very condescending. I had the worst experience I've had dealing with any business operating on US soil.
Staffs are very friendly and professional, able to address your need. Highly recommended.
