Laina is a doll and always cuts or colors my hair perfectly. The salon is clean, modern and for the value, priced very moderately. I highly recommend!
I made an appointment for today for a balayage at 9:00. I stopped at the salon for 9:00 a.m. it's a Tuesday. Their hours are posted on the door as opening at 9:00. I try the door, it's locked. No signs of Laina who was supposed to be my stylist or anyone else. I called the phone number and it rang and went to voicemail. I left a message with them, almost 2 hours later and still no reply.
