The apartment is located in a nice area. Close to shopping. Apartment is clean and very well kept up. 1 hour drive to the Gulf south of Tallahassee. Steve is great to communicate with. He responds immediately.
We had a wonderful experience renting from Steve! He was incredibly responsive - always just a phone call away— and went out of his way to help us find a place to stay last minute. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated his kindness professionalism and would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommend.
