Very unprofessional can't take care of business and constantly want to evict people! Very unsafe property and not a secured facility! After my contracts up my leaving due to the uncourteous of not taking care of issues, get paid to just push buttons!
I'll never use this rental company again.
I rented at McEnroe Place and they have a very rude and disrespectful staff in front of the office. I have had many problems and it is always the same. I do not understand why they put someone like that to serve people. In addition, they do not have cameras in the mailboxes and packages get lost. I lost a $60 injection plus shipping and their only response was that they cannot do anything and that I should pick up the packages at the store. The girl named Desiree is very rude.
So far I'm hearing imm is not a good company to rent from I think I'll just leave my app and look else where
I don't rent from IMM but just saw a post on FB from a mother trying to obtain some kind of heater because IMM will not turn on the boilers until it is under 50 degrees 5 nights in a row. Shame on you IMM..turn on the heat!!!
