Property was dirty on move-in, and we were forced to pay for damage we did not cause but could not prove. I don't believe any of the positive reviews at all!! Must have been written by employees and friends and family. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else!
I couldn’t recommend Investment Reality any higher. I had to make an emergency switch from a previous PM that had left me in the lurch mid - turn (found out furnace work that had been in progress for weeks in January had not been completed on a Friday when a deep freeze was hitting town Saturday). I couldn’t be happier with Investment Realty, Inc. They are incredibly easy to work with, highly professional, and consistently responsive. Anytime I have a question or concern, they reply quickly and handle things efficiently, which gives me real peace of mind. One of the worst experiences I've had attempting to rent a house. Customer service here is very poor, the atmosphere seems semi-friendly, and the information they give you varies from person to person. It's a small office but it doesn't seem as though the people there are communicating with eachother very much. Very strict rules for tenants when applying even with clean records and great rental history. Frustrating process from the start. I wish I had looked more into this place before investing my time.
