Good luck with all the cockroaches, they may send the same pests control guy to do nothing. Several times was requested to fix the parking entrance, and more than one tire blown for that. The response was “is not that bad”. Apartments smell so bad. They only paint them and fix the easy staff, so then everything got broken. Don’t be surprised if they made up charges on your way out. They are just trying to make revenue. I highly recommend living on the street rather than making a contract with this scammers.
Would not recommend renting with investment realty if I could give them zero star, I would definitely not worth the stress we returned our work form before seven days when we first moved in and they wanted to lie and say that we never gave it back to them, and then a few days later, they found it and told us they had found it and still did not fix anything that was on the work form we have a huge dip in our floor that they refuse to fix and if you push on the windows or open the windows, they move we had maintenance.
