They didn’t fix our mold problems and they didn’t give us a mail box key they made us buy one

We understand your frustration but unfortunately the post office does not allow us to handle anything with the mail and mail boxes so we have to direct tenants to them to handle those issues as it is federal property.
Their maintenance service is worst ever. They didn’t cleaned up the apartment before handover it to me. And in their listing video they lied. There is no laundry but in their video it was mentioned that there is laundry in property.
I don't believe in luck, I believe in trust and understanding, I've been with Mrs sophia for some YEARS and I've made good amount of money with his simple strategies of trading. Meeting with her has been the best experience that has happened to me in this past few years and I'm expecting yet another payment from the broker. I had a huge problem with red wasps coming into my home these past few months. All it took was one text to investment and Candace had someone out to help that day! She also made sure to reach out to me to make sure the problem was taken care of. I highly recommend this company as they have been so helpful with everything this past year!

We recently had a pipe leak that caused flooding in our yard & a large increase in our utility bill. I went into Investment to talk to someone about it and Candace made sure someone was out there immediately to check it out (someone was there just hours after leaving investment). I told them about the issue yesterday and today the problem is completely fixed. They also contacted the utility company & worked something out with them that way our bill wasn’t so crazy. I expected nothing, and was still disappointed. They doubled the first month's rent to get around the law that states you can't have a non-refundable deposit, and they aren't understanding during extenuating circumstances. If you lost your job during Covid like many have, had a family member die, and had a roommate unexpectedly move out, they expect you to be responsible for for the entire rent. They won't let you out of the lease if the world was ending they would still want you to pay no exceptions. Not to mention the slow... read more
