Do not lease commercial property from these guys...even if it means getting out of Boca. If you do, you will be sorry. They will sign leases in bad faith. They sent us a bill for $6,000 for adjusted CAM charges for a space less than 2500 square feet in our first year of leasing with them. Please explain to me how you underestimated cam charges by $6,000 in a building that is decades old with no weather events or any other unexpected events taking place? Run far and run fast.
