Very unprofessional, over charges on fees/deduction from leaving a minimal mess after moving out. Argues with the tenants like a high school child on phone and social media. Charges thousands in repairs on something that can be fix with a budget of $400 within a couple of hours. The place was in terrible condition prior.

Every complaint people have listed please take it seriously. Just recently moved out and received a bill of $7,300 And after the deductions we owe a little over $3,000. How does a small unit cost 1k to clean? And a balance of ledger is $2,800 From 8/1/20 - 8/31/20? How is that even possible when last months rent that we gave upfront should’ve been used to cover for the last months rent. You guys really killed my mood this week. First of all, Ms. Pascual, YOU were not on the Lease nor authorized to reside there. The unit was assigned under Carlos and Maria Gonzales. Here is just one of the many photos of the damage done to the apartment. Also, there was so much stuff such as mattresses, furniture, etc. left near the dumpster that we actually had to call a junk removal service to come take it away. If you would like, we can post more photos for people to see the extent of the damages...
Don’t ever rent from them! They’re trying to screw me over for $30 for back payment. First they showed me my full ledger saying it was from May 2020. I disputed that sending them the cashed check that were paid in full, and now they’re saying I owe them from 2019 even though the screenshot of their full ledger says I paid in full! They’re unresponsive, doesn’t care about tenants in either states, and never answers calls no matter what time of day it is. Since they have taking over the property we lease, the landscaping has become so green and clear! before this was just all dirt and a mess!! Wonderful and easy to work with Landlord! Thank you
