ICI employees in 1998 acted as attorneys, notaries, witnesses and the step children are children of a former Presdent and officer of the ICI Corporation!!! I AM A 4 YEAR EMPLOYEE OF INVESTMENT CONCEPTS. IM A PROPERTY MANAGER AND RUN MY PROPERTY ON A PRO TENANT BASIS. I HAVE TAKEN EXTREME BLOWS BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE BECAUSE I RUN MY PROPERTY THIS WAY AND I REFUSE TO BE A CORPORATE PUPPET WHO TREATS TENANTS UNFAIRLY AND UNJUSTLY. We have lived here at the Smoketree apartments for almost 3 years now. every year since we have moved here our rent has went up $100.00 each year. after talking to neighbors here with the same apartment layout, i have discovered that other renters have only had their rent raised by $75.00. i have inquired into the discovery by asking the rental office why the difference. the answer i received from Bertha (apartment manager) "It's not our office doing this. So sad how a property Supervisor is cheating on her husband with a maintenance worker. Arrinda is with Alex and making the residents suffer. Alex doesn't do anything to help the residents. Why? Cause he is sleeping with the Property Supervisor, Arrinda. Make excuses and blame others. So sad for the residents that pay good money. I feel so sorry for kids that think dad works hard. Only to find out, he's cheating on mommy to get ahead in life.
