ICI employees in 1998 acted as attorneys, notaries, witnesses and the step children are children of a former Presdent and officer of the ICI Corporation!!! My daughter rented a property but moved after one year when rent was hiked. Since December 2017,tried to contact the company numerous times by telephone and email. Never received an answer. When I was able to reach a human being I was given an new address and phone number, but the result has always been the same. No follow up or contact. I assume this is a scam business.

The staff is unbelievably over worked & under paid. The new regional manager Isabella is phony and flat out lies to residents to cover up her own mistakes. Not sure how she has made it in this business so long. I guess that's why knee pads were invented. WARNING too anyone who currently works for her.. watch your back especially when the snake is slillering around.

Great place to get your feet wet, but due to the lack of positive reinforcement from upper management and lack of moving up from within, most employees have looked elsewhere :/

Very poor management. It takes multiple requests to get the company to take action. I have complained directly to Investment Concepts Inc. about the rodent problems at The Village at Redlands without achieving any result. Other residents who have lived at the facility for 5 or more years have told me that they have also registered multiple complaints over the years also. If the rodent problem and landscape maintenance issues could be corrected, the facility would be worth the money we pay each month.

I would like to say I have lived in La Veta Grand Apartments for 7 years. I feel very comfortable here. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are very kind and punctual. I would like to let the company owner that I truly appreciate Erica Castleberry. She is beyond kind and professional. Also, Joan is an awesome manager. She makes sure things are right and tight. I appreciate both of these women for their dedication to our community here. Thank you. #1

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I LIVED IN HESPERIA, CA AT SUNSET VIEW APARTMENTS. THEY FIRST DENIED ME OF SIGNING MY NEW LEASE PREVIOUS MANAGER JODI SAID SHE WILL TURN IN MY LEASE ONCE I GET RENTERS INSURANCE. AFTER I GET THE INSURANCE I GET A NOTICE ON MY DOOR STATING A TERMINATON OF LEASE DUE TO FAILURE TO SIGN. THEN SHE GAVE ME A NEW MONTH TO MONTH LEASE FOR HIGER RENT AMOUNT TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. Bruno, the assistant manager at La Veta Grand Apartments in Orange Ca is very unapproachable and lacks personality. I have lived in this community since 2010. This person has been rude to me on two occasions. Tonight, he had a small child put a notice on my door to pay my gas bill. Really?? A child?? I guess he was too tired from his day on the job to put it on my door himself. As a nurse, I know what tired is. This person needs some customer service lessons! Side note: Erica and Joan are very good at their job

HORRIBLE (BRIAN) MANAGEMENT COMPANY,THEIR SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WAS TO LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE, HOW DOES THAT SOLVE ANYTHING JUST MAKES THEM LOOK BAD.
