They always change managers and I’ve been here for 2 years now. The apartment always smells like weed even though I don’t smoke it’s the neighbors. They want to enforce new rules and not tell nobody. Trash is always full they ac units always break and aren’t quick with trying to fix the issue. Just save some more money and rent somewhere else. Management is always annoyed when they have to do they job
Kharmisa and the other young lady was so awesome the one with the red hair but that manager very rude they approved me for the apartment then told me I need to add my husband then she denied me I spoke so highly of them but after yesterday everyone I told about them to go changed there minds. Markeya & Cristen made sure the move in process was easy. I love my apartment on the lake. I lived here in 2014 & so glad to call it home again!
i DO NOT not recommended STAYING HERE THE APARTMENT COMPLEX NEVER FIX MAINTENANCE ISSUES THEY WILL TELL U ONE THING AND MEAN ANOTHER THEY HAVE A LOTOF UNNECESSARILY FEE AND DONT EXPLAIN THING GOOD ENOUGH THEY CAN NEVER KEEP ANY STAFF 0/10 I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE
Let me start off by saying the only reason I'm even giving this two stars instead of one is because Amber was an amazing Resident Coordinator! When we met to sign the papers to move in we were assured we were getting a prorated rent because of our income. We ended up paying more than we were told and that caused a lot issues moneywise, but we had nowhere else to go at the time.
