Our 11th-month warranty experience was frustrating because they only completed some of our repairs and left many others ignored with the repair stickers still on the walls. Even though they verbally promised to take care of the remaining issues when we checked on them, no action was ever taken, leaving us with half-finished work and unfulfilled promises.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Tommy Boyd this past weekend and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care really stood out. Tommy represents the company so well and made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Highly recommend working with him!
